Youth Nights
Objective: Offer youth-based activities, creating safe and fun spaces whilst providing positive role model and mentorship. All activities are designed and led by young people, aiming to reduce anti- social behaviour.
Our youth night approach is to create safe and creative environments, providing positive mentorship to install resilience, break negative cycles, and to guide young people away from crime.

Presently we are engaging with 50-70 teenagers through these sessions, we create a secure and open space for young individuals to gather, socialise, and collaboratively shape the project. Many of our young people engaging are out of mainstream education and have had negative encounters with the police. Our youth nights aims are to nurture young people in making better choices, to provide opportunities and positive mentorship.

Our initiatives are youth-led proving the opportunity for young people to influence and design the space, in the last 12 months; Graffiti workshops, event planning, movie nights, young person raves, DJ workshops as well as discussions and talks from universities, colleges, and local town councils have been featured in our youth evenings.

Members of our youth night program have participated in trips to places like BF Adventure for confidence and self esteem building and many have contributed their time to community event organising.

We firmly believe that by offering a secure environment with opportunities and positive role models, we can effectively redirect the disruptive path that our young people may be heading down. Through our firsthand experiences, we have observed huge improvements in behaviour within schools and noticed a growing ambition among young people to pursue further education opportunities.
